“Winning is a habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.” –Vince Lombardi
You want to win big? You want to achieve massive amounts of success in life? You win by taking action every single day on your goals. You win by coming back after each setback and refusing to quit. You rise above all the negativity. There’s no need to get sucked into the opinions of other people. The poor me attitude won’t get you anywhere. Take the bull by the horns.
The only prison you can get into is your mind. The mind weighs a great barrier of your goals and dreams. If you fill your mind with negativity, then your actions will be a direct result of your thoughts. Don’t let your thoughts run you. If you are wondering how you can eliminate negative thinking and overthinking I am here to help. Meditation plays a huge role in being able to let your thoughts flow and wonder by. There is no need to get attached to your thoughts. You can be your own worst enemy or best friend. Do not be so hard on yourself if you are not getting to your goals as quickly as you want to. Things take time. Everything is a fight. You must fight for your territory.
Winning starts by laying one brick at a time. Rome was not built overnight. If you truly want it then you can get it. If you want it bad enough you will find a way. NO MORE EXCUSES! Don’t let yourself hold you back from success. It’s up to you to take it and no one else. This is your life for the taking. Squeeze the most out of your time. You never know when your time will be up.
The fear of failure is what holds majority of people down from achieving their dreams. Fear is only false, evidence, appearing, real. It’s a lie. Do not let your fears or the fears of other people get in the way of your dreams. You overcome your fears by taking action. You develop confidence by stepping into your fears and not being afraid to fail. The one who wins is the one who is willing to risk it all. Take risks and go for it all. Risk is the down payment on success.
We are creatures of habit. What you do on a daily basis dictates where you will end up in life. If your mind is focused on happy hour and living for the weekend, then good luck. You reap what you sow. You get what you put in. Don’t take one day for granted. There are no days off. You have to get up and earn it. Take it. You win big by persevering through whatever comes your way. Nothing will stop you in your tracks, only you have the power to hold you back.
You gain momentum in your life by accomplishing one task and moving on to the next. Don’t lose your focus by having too many things going on at once. As Bruce Lee wisely said, “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.” Become a master at one thing, knock off that goal, then move on to the next.
